Register for Class: Returning Student
Students who have not attended classes for one or more semesters, excluding summer, must reactivate their accounts.
Students are encouraged to discuss their anticipated return with an adviser and/or department chair before completing reactivation. The application is accepted up to 15 business days before the start of the semester or graduate term. Students who have been suspended must also submit a letter addressing a plan for success.
Once students are readmitted, they will receive information by email with additional instructions, such as registration.

Endowed Scholarships
Norwich University is proud to offer scholarships for its students. The majority of scholarships are created by generous donors who believe in supporting Norwich students as they pursue their educational goals.
Each semester, students have the opportunity to apply for scholarships for which they qualify. Scholarship amounts vary and are at the discretion of Norwich. It is important to note that application requirements vary by scholarship, so students are encouraged to read all criteria and requirements carefully before submitting any applications.
By completing the Uniform Scholarship Application, you will be considered for all Norwich University scholarships.

A student who attended Norwich University and wishes to change their name to the permanent record must complete a Change of Name form, which requires a non-Norwich email to activate.
Getting Ready to Graduate
Apply to Graduate
Please be sure to complete the graduation application at this link as soon as possible, so we can print your diploma accurately. You may also locate the application using the gray navigation bar at the top of your Brightspace page. Please select Self Service, Registrar Forms, and the link for the graduation application.
Please note that your Diploma will be mailed to the address you indicate on your graduation application two to three weeks after conclusion of the trimester. We will email your Norwich email address with a tracking number once the parcels are ready to go to the mailroom. Please allow ample time for the parcel to arrive, as we have experienced serious delays in postal service delivery over the past few months.
Your degree will not appear on your transcript until after final grade processing and subsequent conferral following completion of the term or part of term in which you complete your final course. This may take up to a week after end of term or end of part of term. One official copy of your transcripts will be mailed to you once all processing is completed and your degree is conferred. You may order additional transcripts after conferral here.
Diplomas and transcripts will not be mailed, if you have a hold on your account. Please contact the bursar’s office for any questions regarding your bill.
