A: "I am an active duty Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy. I am married to the love of my life, Gigi Garza, and I have five children, Noah, Lucas, Colton, Calypso, and Maddox."
Q: "Describe your professional background prior to enrolling, what motivated you to pursue this degree, and your long-term career goals."
A: "I enlisted in the USN in 2008. As a high schooler, I wanted to attend Norwich University; however, I did not have the grades to do so. I wanted to fulfill the goal of my 18-year-old self."
Q: "How have you applied what you learned in your role, and how has this degree impacted your career growth or direction?"
A: "As a weapons Officer in the United States Navy, I use the knowledge I learned to aid my peers and mold my sailors.
What will stay with you most from your Norwich experience, and what advice would you give to prospective students?
The fulfillment of achieving my dream to be a NU graduate. I will tell those incoming to never give up."
Q: "Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experiences at Norwich or the impact of Norwich on your life?"
A: "This degree fulfilled what I was missing and has given me a concrete example of excellence to set for my children. I am grateful for the experience."

A: "I chose the online format because of my active-duty status. It was the only practical option given my schedule and deployments."
Q: "What were your expectations before starting the program? How did your experience compare, and what aspects stood out most to you?"
A: "I expected it to be difficult, managing active-duty obligations, deployments, and family life simultaneously. It was exactly that, but the challenge made the achievement more meaningful."
