1.   Submission of a Joint Service Transcript (JST) or an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) showing completion of the SGM-A program at "Achieved Course Standard" (or Achieve Academic Standards) or "Exceeded Course Standards."
2.   Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
