Richard Watters

Richard Watters is an adjunct faculty member in the Master of Science in Nursing program at Norwich University.

He earned his PhD from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia. He has more than 30 years of experience in nursing education, research and practice. Richard is an experienced nurse educator in both undergraduate and graduate nursing education, and has held several program director positions. He has also served in a number of nurse leadership positions including chief nursing officer, and director of nursing research and education. His research interests include nursing leadership, evidence-based practice and nurse preceptorship.
