Complaint Process
Norwich University is committed to providing a valued learning experience for our students and it's important to us to continue enhancing that experience. Should an issue be brought to our attention, Norwich will take appropriate action to seek resolution. Students are encouraged to pursue our internal resolution process for any complaints before contacting external state sources for resolution.

Norwich University online programs maintain state authorization (or necessary exemptions) for all US states and Puerto Rico. All states, except California, are covered by a cooperative agreement called the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). Visit the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement website for more on their complaint process.
Norwich University has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
Students attending from any other state should first contact the Vermont Agency of Education. The Vermont Agency of Education has provided a complaint information website and a PDF to view.
