About
Vickie R. Williams-Cullins has been described as tenacious, authentic, passionate, a community activist and a servant leader. Vickie is determined to be a change agent within her sphere of influence. She created OPN-Door Communications; a mediation, conflict coaching and training firm. OPN-Door Communications was developed to help business and families resolve conflicts, communicate effectively, build relationships, retain relationships, maintain relationships, preserve relationships, and sever relationships with dignity and diplomacy.

Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership Fellowship program, member of the City of Hampton’s Human Services Board, member of the Hampton Roads NORML Chapter, Co Founder and Chair of Decriminalize Va, Board member of Fair Maps Virginia, South Atlantic Regional Social Action Committee ( 2016-2020), President of the Virginia Mediation Network (2018-2020) and a gubernatorial appointee with the Small Business Commission. Vickie is also a 12-year Breast Cancer survivor and is proof positive that being the Project Manager of your care is the key to claiming victory over this dreaded disease.
