Since 2016, Uta Raina, PhD has been teaching courses in the world history track of the Master of Arts in History program at Norwich. 

She earned her doctorate from Temple University in 2007 with a focus on world history, Latin American history, and US foreign policy. For almost a decade, she worked at Educational Testing Service (ETS) as a content expert for advanced placement world history and other related tests. Her research interests lie in transnational and interregional networks, modes of knowledge construction, and imperialism.
