Thomas J. Descoteaux

Tom Descoteaux, currently a professor of civil and environmental engineering at Norwich University, earned his PhD in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to joining Norwich in 2002 he spent ten years as a member of the civil engineering department at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association.
