Shalaina Harlan-Yuya

Shalaina Harlan-Yuya is a faculty member in Norwich's Master of Science in Leadership program. 

She is experienced in non-profit management, professional and leadership development, strategic planning, program evaluation, development and implementation, and building collaborative learning environments. After working in several senior leadership positions over the last decade, she now works as an internal analyst and consultant, helping to lead a team of directors in improving organizational impact through the development of processes, programs and people. she holds a business degree, a master's degree in diplomacy from Norwich University, and has completed all coursework for a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development; she is currently working to complete her dissertation.
