Specializing in American foreign policy and national security, he is fluent in French and German languages. Robert has published numerous books, articles and book chapters on various subjects. He a tenured Associate Professor of International Policy and Development at The University of Southern Mississippi. He earned his master's and doctorate in international studies from Old Dominion University.
