About
Dr. Robert Bisking is a retired Naval Officer. After retiring from the military, he held several executive-level corporate positions before starting a management consulting practice in Organizational Development (OD), in 1994. From 2005-2013, he was the Dean of the School of Business and Leadership at Our Lady of the Lake University. His interests include strategic management, change management, organizational development, and leadership.
He is currently enjoying a semi-retired life with his wife, four children and eight grandchildren. He continues to consult on a limited basis, assisting clients in areas such as strategic planning, business process improvement, change management, and leadership development. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering, and a PhD in leadership studies.
