About
Lance Raymond's research and experience includes team leadership, middle management, government financial management and project management.
He is a former Marine Corps Financial Management Officer and currently serves as the Director Resource Management/Comptroller for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) aboard Camp Pendleton, CA. He is responsible for ensuring the success of the MCTSSA financial management and workforce management missions. Dr. Raymond holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Arkansas, an MBA from National University, and a PhD in organizational leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
