Lance Janda

About
Lance Janda is a Professor of History and Chair of the Department of Social Sciences at Cameron University.
He earned his PhD in History from the University of Oklahoma in 1998, and is the author of "Stronger Than Custom: West Point and the Admission of Women", along with a wide array of digital and traditional print scholarship. He currently teaches courses focusing on the American Military, 20th Century America, and surveys of United States and Western European history. He is the recipient of numerous teaching awards, including induction into the Cameron Alumni Faculty Hall of Fame.
