Katie Gagliardo joined Norwich University in August 2018 as an Admissions Counselor for the online undergraduate and graduate programs.

In June 2019, she assumed the role of Student Support Advisor for a portion of the Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis (SSDA) program. She earned her B.A. from the University of Vermont (UVM) in 2013 and is currently working towards her MPA through Norwich.
