Harold Kearsley

He earned his BA in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, his MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and his PhD in Political Science from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. 

Hal was an officer in the US Navy prior to entering academics. He has taught and/or held administrative posts at a number of institutions including Schiller International University, Aberdeen University, Southeastern Louisiana University, and Troy University before joining the Norwich University team in 2002.
