About
Dr. Manley is a dual boarded Nurse Practitioner who has been in the Heathcare arena for over 30 years in different roles. He first started his journey while enlisted in the U.S Army and served as a special operations medic, providing care to our nation's troops. He began his nursing career in 2006, after graduating from an accelerated RN program. He further advanced his education by receiving an MSN concertation as a Family Nurse Practitioner. From then on, he received the DNP concertation Practice and the PMHNP certificate.
Dr. Manley has provided support to developing nurses at all levels, by serving as a preceptor of BSN and MSN student. He most recently taught at a State Supported school in Tennessee providing guidance in the mental Health course.
Dr. Manley currently operates a private clinic whereby he provides care for several mental health disorders and conditions. Additionally, he functions as a PCP for those same patients to ensure continuity care.
Dr. Manley believes in the philosophy, “Each One Teach One”. He has held this philosophy since his early years as a medic in the U.S Army. He is a strong proponent for self-advocacy and accountability, and this is seen in his work, administrative duties and his teaching style.
