Carmen de Pablos arrived at Norwich in 2012, she is also a visiting professor at several universities across the world.

has been a professor in business administration at the Rey Juan Carlos University, URJC, in Madrid, Spain since 1994. She is the Academic Director for the Master’s Degree and Doctoral program in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and the co-director of the Master’s Degree in Project Management, SAP-ERP Systems at Rey Juan Carlos University. She focuses her academic research on the impact of information technologies on organizational systems. She has chaired doctoral dissertations and projects on the impact of information and communication technologies on organizational performance. She has been presenting and publishing her research nationally and internationally, and has published 96 articles in specialized and indexed journals (jcr-index and scopus), 10 books, has chaired 15 doctoral dissertations and 22 competitive projects. She has also worked as a consultant in the area of IS management at Prima Consulting. She earned a PhD in Business Economics and Economy Science from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain.
