Brent Kay

Brent is an adjunct faculty member in Norwich's Master of Science in Leadership program. 

He is currently a Superintendent of Schools/CEO in Vermont and has senior administrative experience in higher education and the private sector. For over two decades, he has consulted extensively with boards and executive leaders in the areas of governance, instituting purposeful change, strategic communication, leadership for sustainable development, budget development and financial management, and systems development. He earned a PhD in ethics and leadership from the University of Saskatchewan, a master's degree in administration (finance) from the University of New Brunswick, and holds bachelor's degrees in science and education.
