You will learn how to use the powerful Metasploit computer security project to understand security vulnerabilities, conduct penetration testing, test control tools, and monitor enterprise systems. In addition, you will be introduced to system security and vulnerability analysis, as well as the most common system exploits and vulnerabilities, system “pivoting,” and client-side exploits.
You will develop the skills to assess enterprise security controls and system vulnerabilities and accurately document your findings. Furthermore, you will learn how to conduct legal and ethical security tests and vulnerability assessments using well-known open-source tools such as Metasploit, John the Ripper, and Wireshark. This certificate is the perfect pathway for those who aspire to become skilled penetration testers, system security experts, and network administrators.

Program Specific Admission Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an equivalent degree from a foreign institution, as evaluated by WES, IERF, or SpanTran.
