This certificate program is specifically designed to focus on leadership and policy within public organizations, with the ultimate goal of addressing the crucial importance of having a reliable energy grid. It does so by educating a workforce that aligns with the University's objective of serving the national public interest through interdisciplinary critical national security issues.
The program's primary objective is to support the national defense enterprise by providing graduates with the necessary knowledge and tools to identify and address gaps in critical infrastructure. Upon completing the program, graduates will be fully equipped with the necessary skills to analyze, design, develop, and implement key concepts relevant to the energy challenges faced by military installations connected to public energy infrastructure.
Program Specific Admission Requirements
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an equivalent degree from a foreign institution, as evaluated by WES, IERF, or SpanTran.
Certificate Requirements
Earn a B (minimum of 3.0) in the following:
AD586 - Public Leadership, Crisis Management, and Organizational Change
GI566 - Critical Infra. Protection
