Norwich University had the honor of hosting an esteemed team of representatives from the Association of the United States Army - AUSA National. Included on this campus visit were SMA (Ret) Daniel A. Dailey, vice president of Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier Programs, and LTG (Ret) Tom James, an AUSA Leadership Fellow.

Norwich leaders Karen F. Gaines, Ph.D., Provost & Dean of Faculty and Acting President, and Keith Baranow, AVP Military Partnerships and Business Development, we're proud to showcase Norwich’s exceptional on-campus programs, comprehensive online programs, and certificates designed to support our dedicated military personnel and their families. 

Our visitors had the opportunity to witness firsthand the commitment, hard work, and innovative spirit that define Norwich University.

We are proud to support those who serve and have served our nation, and it was an honor to share our contributions with the AUSA National team.

Alan DeForest ’75, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Norwich University, proudly announces the unanimous decision to elect Lieutenant General John Broadmeadow ’83, USMC (Retired), as the University’s 25th president on April 19, 2024. LtGen Broadmeadow will officially transition from his Board of Trustees position to the presidential office on May 1, 2024, which will mark the first time in more than three decades that a Norwich alumnus will lead the school as its president.

Norwich University hosts General Paul Nakasone, commander of U.S. Cyber Command, director of the National Security Agency and chief of the Central Security Service

Norwich University is known for its ability to send leaders out into the world, but on Wednesday, Norwich welcomed a world-renowned military leader through its doors when General Paul Nakasone walked onto campus. Later, another Norwich University first was announced after the university signed an Educational Partnership Agreement with U.S. Cyber Command (CYBERCOM).
