Leadership
No prerequisites. No application. Register online.
Regardless of your field of work, leadership skills are imperative for guiding and retaining others, personal and professional growth, and bringing success to your organization. We started by asking the question that has long guided decisions at Norwich: What does the nation need? and we let the answers shape our curriculum. Join us to sharpen your natural capabilities, affect change in your organization and community, leverage your understanding of how humans act in groups, and to communicate strategically, effectively, and visually. We've designed this program to prepare participants to thrive in positions of leadership. All course materials provided.
