Lowell A. Doringo has held a wide variety of roles focused on leadership and talent development, beginning with his work at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL, as a business programs facilitator with the Disney Institute, a Project Consultant with Global Operations Training, Training Manager for Park Operations.

In 2007, he was selected among Disney's 62,000 employees to serve as the Walt Disney World Ambassador, a role originally created by Walt Disney to serve as Disney's official spokesperson and goodwill emissary to all nations. Following his ambassadorship, he created the Emerging Leaders Program, an intensive eight-week training program designed for newly promoted Disney Operations Managers, and was recognized with the highest honor for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts – the Walt Disney Legacy Award. Outside of work, he remains involved in various non-profit work, most notably with HOSA-Future Health Professionals, where he served as Chairman and CEO of its board of directors. Today, Lowell resides in Irvine, CA, where he leads Global Talent Development for the world-renowned video game and entertainment publishing company, Blizzard Entertainment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s of science in organizational leadership from Norwich University.
