Carol Gravel

Carol has a diverse career in corporate, collegiate and consulting roles in talent development. 

She has worked Fortune 500 companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Fidelity Investments where she defined innovative approaches to talent deployment such as university partnerships and learner generated learning via a video library. Carol has also architected, managed and taught several online degree programs, such as an MBA/HRM program in the US and an MBA in Leadership program in Ukraine, and the human resource concentration courses for Norwich University. Carol’s consulting has focused on defining and measuring the impact talent development has on organizational objectives.
