Debra Saxe brings a wealth of experience in admissions and higher education to her role as an admissions advisor. This allows her to deliver an uncommon level of service and expertise to those enrolling in a master's program at Norwich. Her duties in her role prior to working with Norwich students included visiting undergraduate campuses nationwide to speak with students and faculty about the program, university, and profession she was representing, managing student orientations, job fairs, websites, admissions catalogs, and databases, and creating and delivering workshops regarding admissions and career services. She served 13 years in the positions of director and assistant director in the law and master’s-level social work schools, respectively, at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her MBA from CWRU and her BA from McGill University.

For over seven years, Shereen Medley has worked in the admissions side of higher education as both an admissions advisor and leader of other admissions advisors (team lead) for schools such as Boston University, Kent State, and George Washington University. She has always loved working with the public, and working as an admissions advisor in Norwich's Master of Science in Nursing program has allowed her to combine that passion with academia. Her own education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She loves spending time with family and friends and especially enjoys watching her five-year-old daughter’s curious exploration of the world.
