Making the Most of Your Residency Conference

Our aim at Norwich University is for this Residency Conference to inform and inspire you, our students, to lead with a greater purpose and an enhanced perspective in your professions, communities, and the world. Our planned sessions, and the lasting connections you have made during your program, will help you continue to put leadership into action.

While we cannot physically be together, we encourage you to engage with your fellow students and faculty during your program sessions, as well as other live sessions scheduled throughout the week. Join us on Facebook and LinkedIn for live campus and museum tours, meet your program staff, chats with the Dean and Program Directors and even the Dog River Run! In addition, use the Yammer discussion board to chat with other master's degree students participating in Residency.

Check out some of the upcoming live sessions below, connect with us (and your fellow alumni!) on social media, and continue to share your stories. We look forward to an engaging week, but also to keeping in touch with you in the futrue.

Live Session: Leadership in Project Management

A project manager's role on any project goes far beyond task-related deliverables. The project manager usually is not in a supervisory role to the members on the project team, but relies on the people on the team to contribute to the completion of the project. This presentation will cover some of the most critical skills needed to effectively lead project teams leading to the successful completion of the project.
