Organized in the 1880s, the Franklin County Regional Chamber of Commerce supports and encourages economic and cultural development within Franklin County. Norwich is pleased to offer Franklin County Chamber of Commerce employees and their families a 10% tuition discount and waived application fee for their master’s degree programs.
