Basin Electric Power Cooperative (Basin Electric) is one of the largest electric generation and transmission (G&T) cooperatives in the United States. They are the parent company of eight subsidiaries. Norwich is pleased to offer Basin Electric Power Cooperative employees and their families a 10% tuition discount and waived application fee for our master’s degree programs.
