Military history class of 2010 graduate Margaret Seymour has been selected as a Foreign Policy Research Institute 2020 Lt. Gen Bernard Trainor USMC Veteran Fellow. Seymour completed three tours overseas as a U.S. Marine Corps active duty intelligence officer, and she raised $100,000 for Veterans, Gold Star families, and special needs athletes when she transitioned to the Reserves. Seymour is currently a graduate student at the University of Missouri studying journalism and strategic communications. She also serves as an independent researcher and writer based in Beaufort, SC.
