Dr. Emmanuel Tetteh, a faculty member in the public administration master's program just published the article "Communal-Photosynthesis Metaphor: Autobiograhical Action-Research Journeys and Heuristic-Action-Learning Frameworks of Living Educational Theories" in ALARj Special Issue: Systems Thinking in Action Learning and Action Research. Akin to Stringer's (2014) "Look, Think, & Act" model and Kemmis & McTaggart's (1987) "Plan, Act, Observe, and Reflect" four-stage cycle model, Professor Tetteh has developed an action research model grounded in the systemic thinking of his "Communal Photosynthesis (CP)" metaphor.
