Carolyn Johnsen, an attorney and partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC, has been selected to serve as co-chair for the alumnae of DirectWomen. DirectWomen is a national organization that works to advance board diversity by increasing the representation of women on company boards of directors. Beginning in 2007, DirectWomen has approximately 125 alumnae, many who have successfully gained board seats. Johnsen also serves on the national Smithsonian Libraries Board, is the founding master of the Arizona Bankruptcy Inn of Court, and founded Arizona's credit abuse education program for high school students.
