Supply Chain Management

Q: “Tell us about your professional experience and motivation for earning a master's degree.”
A: "My name is Mai Nguyen Khac and I am currently working with the Softline Merchandise Planning team at the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. What continues to drive me to learn about this field is because I truly believe that the higher education will help me to solve the challenges in supply chain, which are very unique and exciting at the same time, in terms of technologies, regulations, business processes and innovations."

Q: “What was the deciding factor in pursuing an online degree versus a traditional on-campus degree?”
A: "Before taking on this program, I never had any previous experience with online class and I personally prefer face-to-face and personal interactions. There are a few reasons that help me to make my final choice, the flexibility of taking online classes, the traditions of a military school, the commitment of the faculty to assist me during my application and registration phases. The Online MBA program from Norwich has wowed me with every preference I had with traditional classes. "

Q: “How have you grown personally or professionally since completing your coursework and degree?”
A: "During the length of my fifth class, I got the promotion to move from the operation side to the corporate side and have the opportunity to achieve my dream job. I have to give the credits to the help and feedbacks of my Professors throughout the program."

Q: “What was the best part about Residency?”
A: "I really like the variety of topics that the classes offer. I have the opportunities to gain insights about everything, ranging from nuclear weapons to how to differentiate myself at the workplace."

Q: “How would you describe the Residency experience to future graduates? Any advice to share?”
A: "It is definitely a wonderful experience to meet and connect with my classmates whom I have worked with for the last 18 months. I’ve built so many new friendships and connections that I believe will last for years."
