Q: “Tell us about you as a person, Larry.”
A: “I am a proud husband and father of three kids. I am an avid mountain biker and hiker and love anything involving whitewater rapids.”

Q: “What is your current employer?”
A: “I am an active duty U.S. Air Force logistics offers (Captain). I am currently on a 15-month unaccompanied tour in Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, while my family lives in Lacey, Washington.”

Q: “What was your motivation for pursuing your degree?”
A: “I wanted to continue my education in something I was passionate about, could practically apply in my daily life, and would be relevant in a wide-range of occupations.”

Q: “Why did you choose Norwich and how did you learn about it?”
A: “A good friend recommended Norwich as a good online, distance-learning program.”

Q: “What makes Norwich unique?”
A: “Norwich is flexible and adaptable to my schedule, but is still a reputable brick and mortar school that included me as a student as if I were on campus – even though I was thousands of miles away.”

Q: “How have you grown personally or professionally as a result of your education?”
A: “I have much more clarity about who I am as a leader. I am able to set a positive example professionally, from emotional intelligence to change management.”

Q: “What aspects of your Norwich experience will you carry most strongly with you?”
A: “Life-long learning. That was at the core of all seminars and lessons. Norwich has done a terrific job setting a culture and foundation for this life-long learning.”
