W. Sanford Miller Jr.

W. Sanford Miller, Jr. has taught business at both the graduate and undergraduate level for more than a decade. He  was a partner in BuildingBlok, a startup software company in the construction industry.  He began his career as a brand manager at Warner Lambert International in Mexico City; was the head of corporate marketing for GE Capital; Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Strategist at CIGNA; CEO and President of Allergy Control Products; and COO of Operation Warm, a national non-profit. He has consulted to a variety of companies, nonprofits, and educational institutions including IBM, PacifiCare, and Intelligent Electronics. While an officer in the U.S. Army, he served as a senior advisor to a Vietnamese infantry battalion. He is a graduate of Norwich University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He holds a master’s degree from Fairfield University and has studied at both the Harvard and Columbia Business Schools.
