Brian Kupfer first taught for Norwich University Online in March of 2009. He has taught both undergraduate students in the Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis program and graduate students in the M.A. in Diplomacy program. Brian's research has focused on the role of politics and religion, particularly in the Middle East and Asia, the political history of Europe, and the political economy of India. Brian has a Ph.D. in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University with an emphasis in Political Theory and Political History, a M.A. in Political Anthropology from Vermont College of Norwich University and a Bachelors degree from Florida State University in Political Science. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, volunteering on his daughters school board, running and following the Boston Red Sox.
