Master of Civil Engineering at Norwich

Curriculum

Norwich’s MCE program consists of six courses, each delivered over 11 weeks in length for a total of 36 credit hours.

After completed foundational coursework, students tailor their online civil engineering degree by choosing one of the four technical tracks:

  • structural engineering
  • environmental/water resources engineering
  • geotechnical engineering
  • construction management

Combining the technical and business dimensions of civil engineering careers, our rigorous curriculum teaches students not only to analyze and design a breadth of civil engineering systems but also  to successfully navigate the management-related issues that arise during a project.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally or national accredited U.S. institution or an equivalent
  • Undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Fundamental courses may be required
