Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis

Available exclusively to members of the U.S. Special Operations Forces, the SSDA program builds on your unique military training and experience.

Our experiential education allows you to apply what you learn, which can help you reach your goals in the military and beyond. Choose from several degree electives that help reinforce your assignments.


Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice degree is for individuals with the desire to become leaders in law enforcement, intelligence, or security management. Our program can help working professionals advance their current career or transition into a new one.

Cyber Security

The Cyber Security program delivers a rigorous education for individuals who want to develop specialized skills in the high-need area of network security.

The curriculum balances general education and core cyber security courses with elective and project-based courses that allow students to delve into sub-areas such as national security policy, offensive and defensive information warfare, penetration testing, and malware forensics. Students can hone their foundational skills in critical thinking, research analysis, ethical decision-making, and oral and written communications.

National Security Studies

In a world where threats and risks continue to increase, so do the demands for professionals in career fields critical to national security interests. Norwich offers a career-focused degree program to prepare students for a wide range of security positions that address multiple aspects of national security in the government, military and private sector organizations.
