Curriculum

The M.S. in Nursing curriculum includes 3 six-credit core courses and 18- to 22-credit concentration courses that can be completed in 18 months and a one-week Residency. Up to 12 credits can be transferred from accredited graduate programs, including Professional Military Education (PME) institutions.

After completed foundation coursework, students tailor their online nursing degree by choosing one of three concentrations:

  • Nursing Education
  • Nursing Informatics

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited U.S. institution or an equivalent
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.00 or higher
  • Undergraduate courses in statistics and research
  • An active, unencumbered registered nurse license
