Stacie Morgan teaches in Norwich’s Master of Science in Executive Leadership, Master of Science in Leadership and Master of Business Administration programs. An international strategy consultant, speaker, author, and columnist, she is the founder and president of the strategy consulting firm Balanced Management Inc. For over 30 years, she has worked with multinational corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and the U.S. military to help individuals and organizations define and achieve success.

She holds a doctoral degree in strategic management with a subspecialty in leadership and a master’s degree in education in organizational development and training.

Rex Marks
Acting Program Director
Rex Marks, ABD

Rex Marks is the Acting Program Director and a faculty member in Norwich’s Master of Science in Leadership and Master of Science in Executive Leadership programs. He specializes in leadership development and team building, problem solving, project/fiscal management, emergency management, and organizational development. He has over 28 years’ experience as an accomplished and professional law enforcement leader. He earned his master’s degree in organizational leadership and a certificate in teaching and learning from Norwich University. He also holds an MPA with a concentration in disaster management from American Military University. He is currently completing his doctoral degree in public policy administration with a concentration in leadership, community sustainability, and terrorism with Walden University.

Associate Program Director
Kelli Sutton-Bosley, MAH, MMH

Kelli Sutton-Bosley was named the Associate Program Director for several graduate programs at Norwich in January 2018. She has over 15 years of experience with client services and customer support ranging from small retail to utilities business offices to individualized software client support and project management for large utility corporations. She holds two graduate degrees from Norwich University, Master of Arts in History (2013) and Master of Arts in Military History (2016).

Academic Associate Program Director
Jeremy Hodges, PhD

Jeremy Hodges, PhD, is the Academic Associate Program Director for the Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Master of Science in Leadership programs. He has over 12 years of higher education administration and teaching experience, primarily focused in leadership, faculty development and evaluation, knowledge management, space science, research methods, and statistics. He has also been a member of the United States Air Force for over 20 years, serving in various leadership positions in maintenance, munitions, education, and on the Headquarters Air Force staff. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration degree from Northcentral University in 2010, and holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force’s Air War College and Air Command and Staff College, and is a graduate of the Canadian Armed Force’s Joint Command and Staff Program. Dr. Hodges is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, Delta Mu Delta, the Air Force Association, and the Society for American Baseball Research.

Student Services Advisor
Iphy Tanguay, MJA

Iphagainia (Iphy) Tanguay will be joined Norwich's Student Service Advisor team in November 2017. Iphy graduated with a Master of Justice Administration from Norwich and earned her bachelor’s degree is in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Trinity College of Vermont. She has also recently completed our Teaching and Learning Certificate. Prior to this role, Iphy has the Director of Residency Life & Student Housing at Norwich for 17 years.
