Henry Collier is the program manager for Norwich University's online Bachelor of Science Cyber Security program. He has developed and taught courses in computer networking, systems administration, computer programming, relational database design and management, information assurance, network security, healthcare information technology and digital forensics. Prior to coming to Norwich, he was the Program Director for Computer Technology and Cybersecurity & Healthcare IT at River Valley Community College where he rejuvenated the Cisco Networking Academy and managed a National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education grant to develop the Cybersecurity & Healthcare IT program. Before entering the academic arena, he worked for several years in the private industry as a telecommunications/information technology specialist. Henry served six years on active duty in the Army, stationed in Korea and Kentucky, and he currently has 18 years in the Army Reserves, where he has risen to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 as an Information Systems Technician. He has his master’s degree in managing innovations and information technology from Champlain College and a bachelor's degree in information technology with a concentration in systems analysis and design from Granite State College. He lives in Vermont with his beautiful wife and their daughter and son. In his free time he enjoys writing short stories, riding his bike, playing the guitar, cooking, gardening and woodworking.

Alexa Ward, MA

Alexa Ward joined Norwich in spring 2017. She majored in psychology from SUNY Oswego and continued her education at Marist College where she completed a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Since graduation, she's worked as both an educator and counselor and is now pursuing her interest in higher education counseling by bringing her background, experience, and passion to Norwich's advising team.

Featured Faculty


Adam Duby is an adjunct instructor and course developer with Norwich University's Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security program. He develops and teaches courses in computer programming, defensive information warfare, and malware forensics. Adam is a graduate of Norwich University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He is currently an active duty Army Cyber Warfare Captain stationed at Fort Gordon, Georgia. His military experience includes leadership and engineering roles in cyber defense management, reverse engineering, malware analysis, cyber threat analysis, and air and missile defense operations. Adam holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, CISSP, CEH, and GCIH.

Sam Ghosh, PhD

Sam Ghosh holds Ph.D. with emphasis on Information Technology (IT) and Project Management, Master’s in Computer Science and Bachelor’s in Engineering. He has worked in academia, Fortune 500 companies, internet start-up ventures, government agencies for 25 years. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Sun Certified Enterprise Java Architect. He takes a lot of pride in his students, and his success is measured by the success of his students. He is an amateur cook and likes to travel off the beaten path.
