A new era has launched with the improved and expanded College of Graduate and Continuing Studies (CGCS) website. Welcome Aboard! The CGCS team has worked hard over the past year to build our new online presence with more opportunities to connect, engage and discover Norwich University than ever before.

Whether you’re a prospective student considering Norwich, and alum who wants to stay connected, or a current student looking for resources, we've got you covered. I’m excited about our new site and the ability to interact with and support our community in ways previously not possible.

Take a look around and learn more about Norwich University, our programs and community of faculty, students, alumni and dedicated staff.

I look forward to showcasing the many accomplishments of students and alumni and want to hear from you going forward. We also want this site to be your “go to” place for what is happening at CGCS, in your program, with our alumni, and on campus.

Technology is the catalyst through which we increasingly live, learn and grow. But you know that, and are poised to make important contributions across the many fields of study represented by CGCS programs. You will be able to access us on all of your computing devices since responsive design is built into the site architecture. That is unless you are like me and lose your new iPhone in the woods or, more accurately, a marsh. Don’t worry, I replaced it quickly and now have a bright red case that will allow me to find it and not miss out - as long as I can get a few bars! We're still working on optimizing the mobile experience, but you can still get a flavor of where we're heading now.

While You're on Our Website, Be Sure to Visit:

  • Current Students pages: Here you’ll find your login to the online classroom, a calendar to help you plan, and contact info for the people here who can help you.
  • Alumni pages: With the Internet, you’re never far away, and we’ll feel even closer with resources organized with our alumni in mind.
  • NU Results feature: I want to see some serious bragging about our current students and alumni here – that’s the whole point! Share your professional and civic accomplishments with us and we’ll tell the whole world. Include a recent headshot if you like.
  • The Dean’s Blog: Consider this a little shameless self-promotion. But seriously, thanks for stopping by, and do come back often to read where we’re headed and share your input.

We have great plans for expanding the website and online resources so stay tuned for more developments in coming months. In the meantime be sure to focus on the final weeks of your course and projects, current students. I want to be sure you have a successful academic experience this fall! Alumni, continue to do all you do to proudly represent Norwich out their in your communities and workplaces. We continue to be impressed by the impact you make each day.

And don't forget to let me know what you think of the new website – how did we do? Be sure and register to leave comments today, and in the future.
