    Military Benefits
Norwich accepts GI Bill benefits, military scholarships, and funding from the Veterans Administration to help you pay for tuition to the Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice program as well as any related program fees. We are also proud to be a part of the Yellow Ribbon Program.

    Top-Up Benefit
Top-Up is a VA benefit that may be used by active duty members to supplement the tuition and fees not covered by tuition assistance. For example, if tuition for 3-credit course is $750, and fees are $75, a service member may have TA that covers the $750 tuition but not the $75 in fees. If eligible to use Top-Up, the student would pay the $75 to Norwich prior to the start of a class, but then could submit the $75 to the VA for reimbursement.
