The Norwich campus is located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont so be prepared for hilly terrain, lots of stairs, and walking from one end of the campus to the other for events.* We strongly encourage you to have comfortable walking shoes available.
June is typically a temperate month. Vermont weather is often unpredictable. Be sure to bring a sweater, rain coat, umbrella, and jacket to avoid a last minute trip to Walmart, which is about 20 minutes from campus!
*There will be an opportunity to let us know of any mobility limitations or other issues so we can accommodate your needs.
Cell phone coverage is spotty throughout Vermont. If traveling by car, check the cities and towns through which you may be driving to see if your carrier has reception in these areas: http://www.cellreception.com
While on the Norwich University campus and in Northfield, cell service should be strong and reliable, but we recommend that you check our location (05663) with your cell provider to be certain you can make and receive calls while on campus.
