Supporting and Advancing the Norwich Mission

One of the best ways for alumni to support and advance Norwich’s academic mission is by participating in the Alumni Admissions Ambassadors program. Through the ambassadors program, alumni meet with and talk to prospective students to answer questions, share stories about their Norwich experience, and help prospects determine whether Norwich is the right fit.

Getting Involved

Alumni can get involved in the ambassadors program in a few different ways:

  • Recruitment events - Conferences, trade shows, and other student recruitment events provide a valuable opportunity for alumni ambassadors to meet with prospective students face-to-face.
  • Webinar presentations - Alumni ambassadors can present to large groups of prospective students through webinar presentations and lead real-time Q&A sessions (no travel required).
  • Accepted student phone calls - For accepted students who haven’t yet enrolled, a call from a Norwich alum offering congratulations and encouragement can make a big difference. It also gives the accepted student one last chance to ask questions before making an enrollment decision.
