Training for Leaders in Public Works Administration

The New England Public Works Institute (NEPWI) at Norwich University offers educational training for public works professionals nationwide. As a training arm for the New England Chapter of the APWA, NEPWI provides an online, non-credit course in leadership and management practices for those interested in greater responsibilities in public works.

Developed and taught by experienced public works leaders, the course covers topics such as strategic planning, organizational ethics, transformational leadership, and financial management. Through the online learning environment, students also engage in discussions about relevant challenges and solutions.

For APWA members, completion of the New England Public Works Institute can assist with seeking Level 2 Public Works Manager (PWM) credentialing.

NEPWI is available to anyone interested in the public works sector.
