Our Tuition and Fee Schedule

The following table shows the tuition costs for Norwich’s bachelor’s degree completion, master’s degree, and certificate programs. Please note that our tuition is all-inclusive and encompasses the costs of books and other materials, shipping and handling, and assignment delivery. In other words, what you see is what you pay, minus any scholarships, loans, or military benefits you may receive.

Explanation of Fees and Charges

  • Application Fee: An application fee of $50 is payable to Norwich University. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Technology Fee: The semester technology fee covers the cost of your distance-learning account and 24/7 help desk support for technical issues related to the online learning platform. This fee is non-refundable once the semester begins.
  • Resource Fee: The semester resource fee covers the cost of books, shipping and handling, library support, online databases, and library access fees. This fee is non-refundable once the semester begins.
  • Graduation Fee: The graduation fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that is added to the student's final bill. The fee is to be paid regardless of whether he/she intends to participate in the commencement ceremony.
  • Audit Charge: A student who audits a seminar will be charged the equivalent of one credit hour.
  • Thesis Fee: A thesis fee of $1,000 is applicable for students pursuing the thesis option in the diplomacy, military history or history master's programs.
  • Sustaining Fee: A fee of $500/semester is applicable for course work extensions beyond the end date of the student's final course in the program.

All tuitions and fees are subject to change without notice. When changes are made, notifications will be sent to enrolled students as far in advance of the effective date as possible.
